We were able to move a large facility with over 100 pieces of equipment over three weekends and not miss a day of production.

 

Using real time online sharing and our computer design software we collaborate with the owner, the consultant and various equipment  suppliers to refine a layout from scratch that would maximize the efficiency of the plant and provide a smooth flow from mark-in to delivery.

 

From start to finish we provided:

• Calculations of utility requirements and estimations of future need while incorporating space for growth

• Designs of product flow and equipment placement for minimizing operator movements

• Calculations and attention to proper lighting at each work station

• Designs of paths for product flow and employee movement, with special attention to safety egress and meeting local codes

• Energy saving technology and recapturing btus from the return system for water heating

• Intelligent utility design to isolate individual systems within the plant including HVAC, vacuum, high pressure steam and return and water heating systems

• A central point for disseminating and coordinating important information between site engineers, contractors, installers, equipment vendors and client.
