Advanced Gear Cleaning Systems
Continental Gear Cleaning Washer
The heart of the system is available in various capacities to wash from 2 sets of separated gear all the way up to 10 or more sets. We suggest the soft mount gear washer which doesn't need to be anchored and can be installed in tighter spaces.
Moreover its microprocessor provides greater control and programming flexibility which is important moving forward as textiles and gear manufacturing techniques are changing. The Inteli control allows us to create precise gear washing programs and to adjust these programs to changes from the gear manufacturer's and changing NFPA regulations.

Fire Soap Systems
Our one touch remote button system provides just the right amount of soap, and soap that is designed to meet NFPA criteria. A push of a button automatically fills the machine with a measured amount of detergent. No more over dosing and over sudsing of the machine. A Keep It Simple Solution to injecting detergent.
Staber Gear Cabinet & Continental Gear Dryers
Our dual solutions for drying include the Staber Drying Cabinet which handles 6 sets of gear as well as gloves and boots and the movable stick-man style air blown dryers that are mounted on casters for easy storage and are available in 4,6 and 8 gear units and in heated and non-heated configurations as well as Special Ops 4 Gear Unit for chemical fires.
Fire Guardian Ozone System
Ozone has been around for disinfecting linens and garments at hospitals and nursing homes for decades. Know to kill C-Dif, MRSA, Corona, bacteria and viruses in general, this new ozone system was tested in conjunction with Lion Apparel to prove its efficacy and safety in eliminating blood borne pathogens. The system automatically injects ozone into the washer when it fills. The touch screen read-out lets you know when its working. No buttons to push and minimal maintenance.
Continental Commercial Dryers
For larger facilities that have non-gear uniform garments to clean, or for cleaning of towels, rags, table cloths, and sheets, sweat shirts, hoodies, etc. These dryers are available in gas or electric heat, with dual timers or microprocessor control with Auto Dry feature.
